All Stars Program


A program for youth age 11 - 15 designed to delay use of substances and prevent high risk behavior in teens. Topics include developing positive norms, goal setting and faith in the future and themselves.

BABES Program


(GRADES K-1)
Six session program includes self-image, feelings, peer pressure decision making, coping skills, drug and alcohol information and getting help.

In school support groups


Early intervention groups in the schools to help youth adjust to life situations. The sessions include knowledge, coping skills, decision-making and other healthy life skills.

Prime for Life


Prime for Life under 21 teaches the consequences of high risk choices and ways to prevent future alcohol-related problems for the rest of the participants' lives. Eight week course for first offenders.

Coalition of Resources (COR)


A communication system to enable organizations/individuals to best utilize community resources.

Cammi Awards


A community anti-substance use and anti-violence media awareness campaign contest held in October during Ribbon Week.

Growing Up Strong (Gus & Gussie)


(GRADES 1&2)
A special 10 week program for students designed to emphasize mental wellness, self-esteem and prevention of substance abuse. (One hour sessions)

Guiding Good Choices


A free five week program to learn skills, strengthen family bonds and increase children’s involvement in their family. This program is for parents of children ages 9-14.

Health Fairs


A booth with information on the prevention of drugs, alcohol, violence and other issues threatening a child’s ability to be successful. A Fish Pond with candy, toys and other items with drug and violence free messages also available.

Outdoor Activity Course


An outdoor program that utilizes hands on activities to teach communication skills, goal setting, positive peer influence and perseverance.

Parent & Teen Alternative Program


Six session program for adolescents and their parents. Communication, conflict management, values, drug and alcohol information, decision making. ($100 per family).

Parenting Wisely


A self-administered, computer-based program that teaches parents and their 9-18 year old children important skills for combating risk factors for substance use and abuse, reduce family conflict and child behavior problems.

Peer Leadership Training/ Governor’s Youth Council


Leadership skills, goal setting, inclusion and planning drug-free school activities.

Prevention Dimensions


Utah K-12 Safe & Drug-Free Schools Prevention Education Program Resource training for teachers, counselors, child care providers, other educators and PTA.

Speakers Bureau


Professional speakers will address a variety of healthy life skill topics, laws, prevention and other substance abuse issues to groups, ie. School, church, business, agencies, assemblies, etc..

Strategies for Working with Substance Exposed Children


A specialized training to understand the behaviors of substance exposed children and provide strategies to assist with a more successful learning experience.
